Ciclismo – Marzio Bruseghin lascia la Lampre e si accasa in Spagna

lascerà la Lampre a fine stagione. Il corridore veneto, 35 anni, ha raggiunto l’accordo con la spagnola Caisse d’Epargne di Eusebio Unzue per due stagioni (370mila euro l’ingaggio annuale). Dunque il vincolo fino alla fine del 2010 che legava la squadra di Cunego a Bruseghin è stato risolto.
Proprio in Spagna, con la Banesto (la stessa formazione che ora è sponsorizata Caisse d’Epargne), Bruseghin aveva mosso i primi passi da professionista dal 1999 al 2002, subito dopo l’esperienza con la Brescialat.
Sul divorzio con la Lampre hanno sicuramente pesato le polemiche nate a Milano, in occasione della protesta dei corridori nei confronti dell’organizzazione del Giro d’Italia per la sicurezza del circuito cittadino. La famiglia Galbusera, cioè lo sponsor del team, non aveva gradito la presa di posizione di Bruseghin, schieratosi dalla parte di chi voleva neutralizzare la tappa. Da lì la rottura di un rapporto che dura ormai dal 2006.
Spiragli positivi invece per la prosecuzione del rapporto con Alessandro Ballan. Il campione del mondo, tornato al successo proprio al Giro di Polonia, ha dichiarato: “I Galbusera si stanno muovendo in prima persona per propormi un contratto biennale. E’ una bella cosa, mi ha fatto molto piacere anche perché questa squadra è come una famiglia: finora sono stati sei anni bellissimi insieme”.
